1. What is Amigo Korea Warehouse?

Amigo Korea Warehouse is a logistics and storage service based in South Korea. We provide package receiving, safe storage, consolidation, repacking, and international shipping to your destination country.


2. How does the service work?

       1. Contact us and get your korean free address.

       1.1 When shopping online or sending goods from suppliers, enter our warehouse address along with your customer code.

  1. We receive your packages, update them in update your Gsheet. You can take , and store them securely.

  2. You can request consolidation, repacking, or direct shipment to your destination.


3. How long can I store my packages?

We offer free storage for a specific period (e.g., 60 days from arrival). After this period, a daily storage fee will be charged. Packages stored for more than 90 days without instructions may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to our Terms of Use.


4. Do you consolidate packages?

Yes. We can combine multiple packages into one shipment to save on international shipping costs. Consolidation fees apply according to our pricing list.


5. Do you offer repacking services?

Yes. We can repack your items to reduce size, weight, or improve protection for international transport. Please note that repacking may change the package dimensions and could affect shipping costs.


6. Can you inspect my items?

Yes. Upon request, we can open packages, take photos, and verify the contents. Additional handling fees may apply.


7. What items are prohibited?

We do not handle dangerous goods, illegal products, perishable food, live animals, or any items prohibited by Korean export laws or your country’s import regulations.

Items including those in the list below are not accepted as a EMS item.
  • Coins, bank notes
  • Money remittances
  • Negotiable articles
  • Prohibited articles defined by UPU
  • Articles that may cause danger during handling process or damage/contamination to other items
  • Drugs or psychotropic substances
  • Explosive or flammable substances or other dangerous materials (paint, ink, etc.)
  • Obscene or nefarious articles
  • Processed or non-processed gold, silver, platinum, jewelry, etc.
  • Any contents prohibited by destination country for import
  • Perishable food
  • Animals and plants (Pine mushrooms, etc.)

8. How do customs taxes work?

Customs duties and taxes are imposed by the destination country, not by Amigo Korea Warehouse.

  • You are fully responsible for paying any taxes required to release your package from customs.

  • If a customs issue arises due to incorrect declared value, you must provide receipts or invoices.

  • In cases of repeated customs issues, Amigo Korea Warehouse reserves the right to adjust declared values or suspend services.


9. What happens if I refuse to pay customs taxes?

If you refuse to pay customs taxes, the package may be returned or destroyed by customs.

  • Amigo Korea Warehouse is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from tax refusal.

  • If the shipping company charges us due to your refusal, we may take legal action to recover costs.


10. How long does international shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier, destination, and customs clearance. On average:

  • Express shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Standard shipping: 7–21 business days
    Please note that customs delays are outside our control.


11. How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination country. Some carriers use volumetric weight, so size reduction through repacking can reduce costs.


12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Wise and bank transfers. All payments must be completed before shipment.


13. What happens if my package is damaged or lost?

If your package is lost or damaged during international shipping, you may file a claim according to the carrier’s policy. Insurance is available upon request before shipment.


14. Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow its progress online.


15. What if I change my address after the package is shipped?

Once a package has been shipped, address changes are generally not possible. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before requesting shipment.
